| INTRODUCTION Winkler Building Supplies was purchased in 1979. At the time of purchase, Winkler Building Supplies was principally involved in the supply of building materials. In 1981 the company was restructured to its present structure. With construction backgrounds the managing principals, Alvin and Harv Thiessen, focused the company on general contracting activity under the trade name W.B.S. Construction. Today annual sales range between 8.0 and 10.0 million dollars in construction work alone. The company offers expertise in commercial, industrial and multiple family residential construction. |
