Scratches Or Minor Imperfections In Wood Cabinets

Acceptable Performance/Condition
Surfaces exposed to view shall be free from scratches or minor imperfections when viewed from a distance of 900mm at the time of the walk-through.

Warranty
One -Year Work and Materials
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.

Action
Visible damage shall be repaired.
