The New Home Warranty Program of Manitoba Inc. is a non-profit organization which ensures that your new home is free of defects in materials and workmanship for the 1st year following the date of possession. In addition in the event a major structural defect occurs during the first 5 years, the Program will ensure that this will be corrected.
